If you’re an entrepreneur, executive, or creative business owner navigating high pressure, decision fatigue, and constant demands, you don’t need another productivity hack.

You need a mental performance system that supports sustainable success, not just a short-term fix.

This is where I come in. My goal as a coach is to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to tackle your career without the need for ongoing coaching. I want to equip you with the self-knowledge and tools necessary to be resilient and make positive changes independently. Throughout our initial 3 months working together, you’ll move through the phases required to build the skills to embody authentic self-confidence and become resilient to whatever life throws your way.

  • Instead of staying stuck in general frustration and self-doubt spirals, let’s figure out specifically what is and isn’t working when it comes to your mindset and stress management. This way, we know how to make the most of our time together.

  • Build a foundation for confidence and resilience by clarifying who you are. Create a language around your identity, strengths, and values so that you know what YOU bring to the table and can begin to separate your self-worth from external validation.

  • Our thoughts don’t have to work against us. Learn tools to help you rewire your thought patterns and rewrite your self-talk using research-backed tools. Let your brain become your greatest superpower.

  • Apply your skills and embody a growth mindset. Learn to give yourself feedback that is helpful rather than hurtful so that you can maintain motivation despite obstacles or setbacks.

  • Create your individualized method by trying on tools, experimenting with the process, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Then, establish the habits and systems required to support you long-term.

  • Now that your blockers have been addressed and confidence has been established, you can show up with calm authority, even in high-pressure environments. You can anticipate burnout BEFORE it hits, and you have a plan of action to help you take aligned action moving forward.

    • Biweekly, 60-minute 1 on-1 coaching sessions via zoom

    • Personalized mental performance plan

    • 3 months of messaging/check-ins for added accountability & support

  • Entrepreneurs and high-achievers looking to finally prioritize the mental side of peak performance. I combine 1:1 coaching support with evidence-based tools so that you can leave each session with tangible action steps to help you move forward.

  • You don’t have to do this journey alone. Check in with me every month to continue refining your performance process.

    • One, 60-minute Zoom call a month

    • A weekly email check-in with resources and encouragement

    • Access to email & text support from me throughout the month

  • Graduates of the 3 month coaching plan who want to continue their growth and maintain accountability and support.

    We'll use the hour to address any continued mental or physical elements that are hijacking your performance confidence, pinpoint action steps for achieving your goals, & give you tangible action steps for you to take post-session.
