Vocal performance, ICF ACC) in psychology and performance to leave you feeling focused, inspired, and grounded, whether you’re about to step onstage or into the audition room.
Discussing everything from how to calm the body physically to how to access that flow zone mentally, I approach mental performance confidence holistically, authentically, and through a research-informed lens. Because confidence, resilience, and self-belief are TOOLS that can be developed, not just personality traits.
